2021 Student Federal Income Tax Return |
Student must provide a signed copy of their tax return(s), including all schedules and W2 form(s). In the case of being married, both student and spouse must submit a signed copy of their tax return including Schedules 1, C and E and W2 form(s). |
If student is not required to file a federal tax return for 2021, they must submit a Student Non-Filer Form. |

2022 Student Non Filer Form |

If parent(s) is not required to file a federal tax return for 2022, they must submit Parent Non-Filer Form. |
Financial aid applicants who are involved in a business, or whose families are involved in a business, may be asked to complete this form. The form will be requested at the point the application is reviewed. |

Property Value Clarification Form | Financial aid applicants who own property other than their home, or whose families own property other than their own, may be asked to complete this form. The form will be requested at the point the application is reviewed. |
AMS requests that both parents provide income and asset information on the FAFSA. If there has been very limited or no contact with a parent for a significant period of time or perhaps, a parent’s whereabouts is unknown, the student can request that parent data be waived from the consideration in the financial aid application. |
