Financial Aid

Stefanie is a Financial Aid Counselor in the Office of Financial Aid. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from American University in Washington, DC. Stefanie has been at Brown since August, 2023. 

Prior to joining the Office of Financial Aid, Stefanie spent many years as a Human Resources professional in corporate, industrial and academic environments.  She earned her PHR certification in 2025 while working as an HR Specialist in BioMed Human Resources. As a Financial Aid Counselor, Stefanie is able to apply her skills to assist students and their families with all aspects of the financial aid process. Stefanie is available to consult with students on a variety of topics including aid application assistance, award management and Banner account navigation.

In her free time Stefanie enjoys keeping up with her kids’ schedules, making music, and chasing after her two rescue pups.
