Financial Aid

Jasmine Samuels serves as the Associate Director of Financial Aid at The Warren Alpert Medical School. A dedicated financial aid professional since 2009, Jasmine brings a wealth of experience to Brown, having previously worked at institutions in Florida and Massachusetts.

In her role, Jasmine manages half of the MD student caseload alongside her peers, Stephanie Hunt and Stefanie Mahon. She also serves as the primary point of contact for students in the Program in Liberal Medical Education (PLME).

Jasmine is deeply committed to making financial aid equitable and accessible for all students. Her goal is to demystify the financial aid process, helping students understand that the financial aid team is here to facilitate the exploration of all available options to cover tuition and fees, acting as partners in their educational journey rather than as a hindrance.

Jasmine is available on campus on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and works remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.
